2015 Toyota Avalon – Specs and Price

Another sedan hitting into the market, new 2015 Toyota Avalon. Toyota Avalon isn’t just a larger Camry, at least not by a long shot. As a flagship model, Avalon offers more in every single category, however it also costs more and spends more fuel. After an arching roofline, Avalon is finished by a huge, good looking trapezoid tail-lights and slightly pronounced rear bumper.

The whole Avalon’s lineup offers a leather-trimmed seats, while the top Limited models come in perforated leather guise. This is the statement which Avalon follows from the get-go. It isn’t exactly the luxury car, but offers much bigger comfort margin than the most of the Japanese models do. Touch screen displays which can be found in the moddle of an assymmetric dashboard spans from 6.1-inch to 7-inch in diameter. All models have the heated front seats, while Limited trim level jumps out and offers heated rear seats as well, together with a few more distinctive features.

New 2015 Toyota Avalon offers very strong list of safety options. All Avalon’s benefit from the 10 standard airbags, stability control and anti-lock brakes with brake assist. Rearview camera is also standard across the lineup, while blind-spot monitors and rear cross traffic alert system start from the XLE Touring models. Adaptive cruise control and pre-collision system are part of the technology package which can only be had with top Limited grades.

All Avalon’s with V6’s are rated at 21 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway which are solid figures for a large sedan, but hybrid versions really excel and offer the ratings of 40 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.

Base XLE Avalon is available from $31,340, while the limited models cost at least $39,650. Hybrids also fit into the price range as they cost between $35,555 and $41,400. For this specs and features, price is very good.

2015 Toyota Avalon is a fine-looking and high-quality sedan which offers plenty of features in a comfortable cabin. It even saves a great deal on fuel in its hybrid form, but the package has to be paid as much as a true luxury, yet compact car. One of the key features is well followed up driving.
